To rent,our luxury(superior plus)caravan at HAVEN,devon cliffs,exmouth,devon.
Caravan has a verandah with beautiful sea views
Our caravan is upvc double glazed with central heating ,so nice and cosy for those cooler days,nights
Caravan has 3 bedrooms,1 double and two twins(beds can be pushed together to make doubles)
Lounge/diner with twin loose look 3 seater settees,large tv,dvd player,freeview,dining has table and chairs
Modern kitchen with all the essentials,toaster,microwave and everything you need to cook a meal if staying in
Bathroom with low level shower with glass door,white ceramic toilet and sink,heated towel rail and 3 deep shelves for storage
We also offer extras,hoover,washing airer/pegs,iron/ironing board,hairdryer,childrens/adults books and small selection of games totally free of charge
Special offer: 20% peak season rates and 25% off all other times compared to Haven
We charge a ?75 damage waiver fee which we use as a deposit and will be returned at the end of your stay,this cost will be in addition to the weekly price
