The caravan is sited on small family run Park in five acres of beautiful rural open countryside, an ideal place to relax at weekends or for longer holiday breaks. The park is open 1st March – 31st October and has laundry room with coin-operated washing machine, tumble dryer and deep Belfast sink. The local village has a post office, shop and a pub which serves delicious meals, bar snacks and take-aways. A general convenience store/petrol station is five minutes drive. Lampeter has the usual conveniences of supermarkets, modern stores, banks, garden centre, local market, chemist, doctor, vet, leisure centre with swimming pool, tearooms and interesting gift shops. Local attractions and directions

Postcode SA19 8EX. When approaching from the south, leave the A40 at Llanwrda and travel north on the A482. Pass through Pumsaint and continue for approx one mile. Cross over the river bridge and at the top of the hill take the right turn signposted to Ffarmers and the park. In the village of Ffarmers turn right at the Drovers? Arms, follow the lane for about three quarters of a mile, Maesbach is found on the left. From the north leave Lampeter on the A482 going south; continue through Cwmann and Harford, passing Checkpoint Garage on the left. Take the left turn signposted to Ffarmers and the park and follow the directions above.
