The caravan is located in the very sought after resort of PAR in St Austell Bay and is just 10 minutes from the EDEN PROJECT and the BEACH !

The caravan has two doors and steps for access and even though it's been a letting caravan, it is in good condition and comes fully equipped.

There are Gas Safe and PAT test certificates (for portable electrical appliances) valid until the end of June 2011. Insurance is currently supplied via a local broker and costs approximately ?80.00 per annum.

Snowland Leisure Park, Par, St Austell Bay, Cornwall, PL24 2AE

Snowland Leisure Park is situated just 5 miles from St Austell and 2 miles from the Eden Project and Fowey. Par Village is a short walk away and has a couple of pubs serving food, takeaways, shops, a post office and much more.

The holiday park is family run and opens between 1st April (or before if Good Friday falls earlier) and the end of October each year.

Snowland is located just 10 minutes away (either on foot or by car) from Par Beach with it's beautiful silver sand beach and coastal footpaths. It is also within easy commuting distance of all of the major Cornish towns, villages and attractions.

Local attractions and directions

St Austell Bay and the Area

The main attraction of the area is the beach, Par Sands which is, at most, 10 minutes from the holiday park.
The village of Par itself has a good range of shops, pubs (many serving food) and restaurants so you don't have to worry about cooking food whilst on holiday !

St Austell is 15 minutes away and has a great range of high street shops, bars and restaurants as well as ten pin bowling, cinema and swimming pools. The Eden Project is just 10 minutes away and an excellent day out for all the family.
