Cosalt Studio Extra 2007

This is a luxury 2 bedroom caravan currently sited on a premium pitch at Seawick (Park Holidays) resort in St. Osyth - near Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. It has the added benefit of 2 recently fitted UPVC verandahs front and side and an extra-wide driveway. The underneath of the caravan is fully skirted providing huge storage space and helps to reduce heating bills. The pitch has piped gas which is considerably cheaper than buying bottles (and far more convenient!). There are two metal sheds, one of which is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. This really is a move-in-today caravan and I doubt you will ever have to add anything else!

The caravan is able to remain on-site (annual fees apply) or you may want to arrange removal to an alternative site of your choice (in which case a huge discount may apply - please contact me for details). Various alternative parks in the area such as Valley Farm and Martello Beach are doing free 'bring-ons' (limited time offer). Seawick is a great park with a long season - 1st March to 14th January. There are many great family facilities on Seawick Holiday Park including free use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, various restaurants and bars, childrens playgrounds and playing fields, several amusement arcades, a brand-new high-spec. entertainment venue featuring world-class acts such as The Sugarbabes, The Drifters, Peter Andre and N-Dubz. There's also the beach which is just a short walk away. You could also take advantage of Park Resorts sub-letting scheme which means that you could rent out your caravan when you aren't there, hassle-free as they arrange it all including the cleaning!
