The Community Charge for 2008 is 1112 euros which is payable in four quarterly payments of 278euros (2008 = 1112euros per annum). This covers the cost of all electricity, water and overall site maintenance. It also includes the use of the outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bar, restaurant, supermarket and most entertainment.

Local attractions and directions

The site is based on the Mar Menor which is a very safe and shallow bathing area. It is suitable for many water sports particularly wind surfing, diving and sailing. There are also numerous open golf courses with more under construction in the surrounding countryside. The Mediterranean is only a few minutes away with its long sandy beaches and small coves. La Manga area has a very large British contingency and is growing all the time. This means the number of British bars and restaurants is increasing all the while.

The caravan site is only 30 miles from San Javier (Murcia) airport with budget airlines such as Ryanair, Easyjet, Jet2 and Flybe and more to follow.

Alicante airport is only 75 miles from La Manga. Both of these airports are accessed by motorway (AP7).
