All 2007 model touring caravans in the Avondale range have made it through to 2008 with the self styled Avondale series remaining their leading class. All Avondale touring caravans come with a 5 year weatherseal guarantee and 3 year general guarantee, read on to find out if they are worth keeping for this long.
The new Avondale Argente 2008 model now comes with stainless steel kitchen tops which is a great addition compared to plastic as it is a lot more stain resistant and durable, it also looks better and more modern. The Argente has removable carpets similar to that of the Avondale Dart to aid in cleaning up, cushioning in the seats was slightly springy and soft which would be comfortable over time.
The Avondale Argente that we looked at was the 6 berth Argente 640-6 which has twin axles, fixed bunks, make up bunks and a large sealed shower. This is a good looking caravan that would be practical for weekend breaks but if 6 were sharing I would struggle with the lack of storage space for any longer than this. View the images below to get an idea of how the Avondale Argente 640-6 looks inside and out:
Next up in our Avondale 2008 model review is the Avondale Land-Ranger EB which is the next step up in luxury caravans available in the Avondale 2008 touring caravan catalogue.
