Caravan Park Details

Falcon Park is an established park home development for the semi retired and retired, acquired by Tingdene in August 2003. It is situated on the outskirts of the village of Martlesham Heath, just to the east of the thriving town of Ipswich and is within easy reach of many important amenities. One of the major features of the park is the picturesque heathland setting, which offers a wonderful array of colour throughout the year and is a haven for a wide variety of birds and wildlife. An exclusive new development has been created next to the existing park with new plots available now. Brand new infrastructure and services are being installed, ensuring Falcon Park remains one of the most sought after developments in the area.

The village of Martlesham Heath is ideally situated for easy access into the town of Ipswich which boasts excellent shopping and entertainment facilities, along with historic sites, buildings and 12 medieval churches. Suffolk itself has many attractions including the Heritage Coast with its largely unspoilt coastline much of which is protected by the National Trust. A superstore and retail park are within easy walking distance of Falcon Park and there are rail and bus links from Ipswich to further afield

From the A14 eastbound, take the A12 dual carriageway north towards Lowestoft. After about a mile go straight over the roundabout, staying on the A12. Continue straight over the next two roundabouts until at the third roundabout you will see a sign for ?Superstore? indicated as the third exit. Take this exit onto Anson Road, continue straight over the next roundabout, then take the second left turn into Hilton Road and the entrance to Falcon Park is straight ahead.

Our Tingdene Park Homes are built off-site in a purpose built manufacturing centre (link to factory tour on tingdene site) in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. At the manufacturing centre, homes are built in factory controlled conditions on production lines by a workforce of skilled craftsmen. The whole concept of off-site manufacturing gives controlled measures of quality, reduced build times, less waste and overall cost effectiveness compared with the traditional building methods.

After manufacture, your new home will be transported to your chosen residential park ready for occupation. All the homes are amazingly well insulated, very easy to maintain, and offer tastefully designed interiors, complete with brand new furniture - it really is a fresh new start!
