Caravan Park Details

An urban site on the eastern side of Bournemouth in the suburb of Red Hill.
The site is situated close to all amenities inc shops etc. Bournemouth Airport is only six miles away with the Seafront and all its attractions + the City Centre approximately three miles away .

The park owner prefers retired and semi retired home owners , and consequently children are not allowed as residents , however they are allowed as vistors. No dogs are permitted although cats will be considered.

There is ample parking at the top of the park , and an emergency telephone and a notice display board for residents that has details of up to date news etc..

The Park has 18 pitches , consisting of 3 double units ( Each with 2/3 bedrooms ) , and 15 single units ( With 1/2 bedrooms ).
Monthly Site fees range from ?108.40 ( Single Units ) to ?117.40 ( Double Units ) inclusive of Sewage/water charges . The electricity is individually metered .

There is currently one home for sale which is a lovely Double Unit with 2/3 bedrooms and an asking price of ?122,000.
