Caravan Park Details

Castlehill Park is a unique development of semi detached and terraced Park Homes offering affordable accommodation on a popular Park on the edge of Clacton-on-Sea. The majority of the properties have two bedrooms with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom, and resident?s parking, with garages to rent (subject to availability). The Park is managed and maintained by Park Managers and is set back from the main road down a private drive.

Due to the nature of the homes on the Park, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate new homes, however a good selection of previously occupied homes are normally available with pets allowed at the Park Owners discretion.

Castlehill Park is situated approximately 1 mile from both the sea front and Clacton-on-Sea?s town centre which offers many major high street shops and supermarkets. Clacton-on-Sea is accessible by major roads including the A12 and A120 providing excellent links to other major towns and cities. A bus stop close to the park entrance provides transport to Clacton-on-Sea?s town centre.

Proceed into Clacton-on-Sea along the A133 and on approaching the town centre turn left at the first large roundabout following signs for Highfield Holiday Park. Castlehill Park can be found approximately 200 yards past Highfield Holiday Park on the right hand side

OurTingdene Park Homes are built off-site in a purpose built manufacturing centre (link to factory tour on tingdene site) in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. At the manufacturing centre, homes are built in factory controlled conditions on production lines by a workforce of skilled craftsmen. The whole concept of off-site manufacturing gives controlled measures of quality, reduced build times, less waste and overall cost effectiveness compared with the traditional building methods.

After manufacture, your new home will be transported to your chosen residential park ready for occupation. All the homes are amazingly well insulated, very easy to maintain, and offer tastefully designed interiors, complete with brand new furniture - it really is a fresh new start!
