Skiddaw View Holiday Park is a family run award winning park located at the Northern edge of the lake district national park.

located in an elevated position the park has panoramic views of Skiddaw and the Northern Fells.

We are amidst the natural beauty of the Cumbrian countryside - Keswick, Cockermouth and the West Coast are all within easy reach.

We offer CARAVANS, COTTAGES or TIMBER LODGES

Short breaks available all year round and pets welcome in certain units, we include freshly laundered linen and fuel in our prices.

New for 2007 are our Dobby Lodges, these architect designed homes offer a contemporary style with leather furniture and oak flooring throughout pets are welcome in certain units.

All accommodations are inspected by visit Britain and we have been graded a Four star park with the lodges and caravans achieving rose award standard.

The Cottages are located in the quite village of Bothel Nr Bassenthwaite are Three star rated.
Whilst Keswick is the most visited Northern Market town there are many hidden gems like Hesket New Market with its own brewery out in the Caldbeck Fells.

Cockermouth is the fastest growing market town and if collecting antiques is your pastime there are several shops and for a real bargain auctions are held every Thursday!
Excellent walking can be accessed from every direction from a gentle stroll around Buttermere to a wander up Binsey or tackle Skiddaw`s 3000 feet (ask for our free local walks guide).
