A WARM WELCOME ...

Webbers Farm is situated close to the charming village of Woodbury and some 6 miles from the historic city of Exeter. We are easy to reach being conveniently located near the two main routes into the region. Great for touring caravans, motor caravans and tents.
Once here relax and unwind in the lovely rural setting and enjoy our breathtaking views towards the majestic Haldon Hills. When you have settled in you will find that our special corner of East Devon boasts an endless variety of things to see and do.



The Park is family owned and run. As a family the Stokes? have farmed in Woodbury for many generations and the farm is still operational with a flock of some 100 ewes and 75 acres. With the assistance of our helpful and friendly wardens you are assured of a warm welcome by all. We aim to do all we can to make your stay an enjoyable one and we are pleased to see many guests return year after year.

QUIET & RELAXING ...

Set in a tranquil countryside location, the park has no bars, clubs or discos, which is much appreciated by those who enjoy a simple, quiet and relaxing holiday.
Our policy of low density camping ensures there is plenty of space to relax, spread out and enjoy some privacy. The pitches are located on three camping areas all with electrical hook-ups and nearby water and disposal points. Each area has spotless washroom facilities with toilets, showers, hairdryers, and washing-up areas. There are also laundry facilities, a baby room, family bath and shower rooms plus facilities for the disabled. On site there is a well equipped play area popular with children of all ages, and a resident donkey and pet sheep in the paddock - who enjoy a bit of fuss and the occasional carrot!

There is plenty of grassy open space on the park and the surrounding fields and hedges are abundant with wildlife. Well-behaved pets are welcome on leads and there are a number of designated ?dog walks? around the park where dogs can be exercised freely.

OUT & ABOUT ...

A short walk down the lane and you enter the village of Woodbury with its traditional village green presided over by the picturesque 13th century church. Woodbury boasts a number of attractions, including two traditional village pubs serving fine local food, a bistro, fish & chip shop, post office and general store plus a variety of other small shops and amenities.

Nearby is the renowned beauty spot of Woodbury Common - some three thousand acres of unspoilt open heathland, popular with walkers, cyclists and nature lovers.



Two excellent country adventure parks are just a short drive away and offer all weather entertainment and fun. Families will love nearby Exmouth beach, with its 2 miles of golden sand and many rock pools to explore. Visit the quaint old fishing village of Lympstone with its cobbled alleyways and cottages overlooking the harbour.

Take a boat trip along the River Exe to Topsham - famous for its Dutch style architecture, antique centre, coffee shops and pubs. Stroll along the banks of River Otter to the seaside town of Budleigh Salterton and its delightful pebble beach.

For the more active the area offers horse riding, walking, fishing, sailing, cycling and windsurfing ???. or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside and a Devonshire cream tea.
