Situated amongst the most beautiful scenery and breath taking views the Ullswater caravan park offers self-catering holidays and welcomes both touring caravans and tents. The park is an ideal base from which to tour the lakes and experience the joys of many walks, whether it is a gentle stroll or a mountain climb.

Lake Ullswater and its tributes offer very good sport for the fisherman. Boating and sailing enthusiasts are well catered for with our marine park which is situated one mile away on the lake shore.

Touring & Tent Sites

Touring caravans and tents are sited in an attractive setting with a screening of trees, yet sufficient space is allowed between sites for car parking next to your pitch. There are hot and cold showers, washbasins and toilet facilities all at no extra charge.

6 Berth Static Caravans

Our modern spacious 6 berth caravans offer comfortable family accommodation, with all the amenities required, with fully equipped kitchens and shower rooms. There is plenty of space around each unit for parking your car alongside.

Holiday Homes

Ullswater caravan park?s traditional stone built self-catering holiday homes, are ideal for those seeking a leisurely family holiday. All offer two bedrooms, sleeping a family of 4, with spacious living room and television, and fully equipped kitchen, including electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Coin meters operate the electricity.

Holiday houses 1,3,4 & 9 offer beautiful views of Lake Ullswater and the surrounding fells.

Continental quilts and pillows are provided, but we ask our visitors to bring their own sheets, pillowcases and towels.

2. Bathroom with flush toilet & shower facilities.
3. Spacious luxury lounge, with dining area.
4. Beautiful bedrooms, some include en-suite.

The Boat Park ? ?Fairfield Marine?

One of the most enjoyable, and certainly the most peaceful ways to appreciate the beauty of Ullswater is of course, by boat. You can reach those little coves inaccessible by car.

The boat park only one mile away from the caravan and camping park is positioned safely away from the main road with full access to the lake.

We cater for all boat owners, whether it is a 26ft sailing cruiser to a small inflatable dinghy. There are launching facilities with moorings and tie-ups as available. Arrangements can be made for trailer parking at the marine park. Fishing is also available from the lakeshore.



Shopping

Just about everything you may need is available from our self-service general store. We carry a comprehensive range of groceries, newspapers, novelties & games, souvenirs, caravan & camping equipment and kitchen necessities. We are agents for calor and camping Gaz.

Licensed Bar

Why not finish the day off and enjoy a pint of local ale in the licensed bar. The television and games room are also available throughout the evenings of the main season.

Children?s Play Area

Situated in the centre of the park, a children?s play area stretching over ? an acre, with the swings, seesaws and climbing frame.
