We are a family run site in the heart of Lakeland???s National Park.



We are situated in the beautiful Valley of St. Johns in the Vale. An ideal location to explore the North of the Lake District, taking in the high mountains, Sca Fell and Helvellyn, the near-by Lakes of Derwentwater, Ullswater and the majestic Lakeland scenery all around.

Keswick attractions and directions

Approximately 15 miles for J40 on the A66 towards Keswick follow signposts.
