Caravan Park Details

Finchale Abbey is a historic site situated in a meander of the river Wear. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the caravan park overlooks the ruins of the Benedictine priory.

Durham attractions and directions

Durham Cathedral, Beamish, Diggerland (great for dads with lads!!) Metro Centre (for the ladies) Killhope wheel, the Angel of the North, golf course within easy reach and a local bar 10 / 15 walk along the river banks, to name a few.
off A1 M at juntion 63, on to the A167. Head south till you reach the Arnison centre (4 miles). Follow signs for Finchale Priory (2 miles from here).
