NO LONGER MEMBERS ONLY SITE - AVAILABLE FOR GROUP, INDIVIDUAL AND SEASONAL BOOKINGS. Small on site shop, designated dog walking area and free entry into grounds of Stanford Hall. This is a pretty, landscaped site on the Stanford Hall Estate, and it has a very countrified feel with its open meadowland aspect providing both peace and tranquillity. There is usually an event going on somewhere on the Estate, from craft fairs to hot-air ballooning and vintage car rallies. Into the countryside beyond, you must make a pilgrimage via delightful villages like Husbands Bosworth and the Kilworths to Foxton Locks, where you can sit with a drink in your hand and watch the barges negotiate the famous ten locks.

Lutterworth attractions and directions

From N on M1 - leave at junc 19 via slip rd; in 200yds at rndabt turn L (sp Swinford, Stanford Hall); in abt ??m turn R into Stanford Rd (sp Stanford Hall). Site on L within 1m.

From S on M1 - leave at junc 20 via slip rd; at rndabt cross over M1 and rejoin M1 (south); leave at junc 19; then as above.

From E on A14 - leave at sp M1/M6; at rndabt turn R (sp Swinford, Stanford Hall); then as above.

From W on M6 - leave via slip rd 2??m past junc 1 (sp A14, M1[N], Felixstowe, Corby, Kettering); at dble rndabt foll sps for Swinford and Stanford Hall.

Note: if in doubt when nearing site, follow signs to Stanford Hall. Site is on same rd as entrance to Hall.
