One static caravan sited just outside a very quiet country village,

facilities include TV, Fridge, Microwave, Toilet/Shower, gas oven and fire, 1 double bedroom and 2 single beds, all bed linen, water/electric provided.

Sited on a fully operational 90 acre Dairy Farm, lovely scenic views, approx 4 miles to the nearest beach and 9 miles to the local historic town of Whitby. Suitable for families or couples, sorry we do not allow pets.Facilities nearby :- small post office Ugthorpe, 1 Public House in the village (recommended good food) nearest local village shop Lythe, nearest town Whitby???

Local Attractions :- Goathland famous for Hearbeat, Danby, Castleton and other small villages for lovely quiet walks, Grosmont exciting ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway



Please note during silage time May and July we have contract tractors in for 1 or 2 days which may be noisy therefore please avoid these months if you want feel this would spoil your holiday.

Whitby attractions and directions

ROUTE 1:

Follow A64 to York -Scarborough road, then A169 to Pickering/Whitby and then A171 to Guisborough road. Ugthorpe is sited approx 7 mile from Whitby. The sign will be on your left hand side. Turn down Ugthorpe Road, follow it right through the village. The last building you will see is a small village hall on your right hand side, set on its own. After you pass through the two small s bends, you can visibly see a short lane to the farm.
