The Site is situated in a very pleasant position with 15 Acres of open space including a small fishing Lake, on a mainly level, well drained site.

Bodmin attractions and directions

1. At Innes Downes roundabout

take the A389 (Lanivet).



2. 1/2 mile, turn RIGHT under

Bridge, (SP Luxulyan/

Lanhydrock).



3. 50 yards, turn LEFT.

(SP - Fowey).



4. Continue up hill 1/2 mile to

staggered junction.



5. Turn sharp RIGHT.

(Leaving stone monument

on left).



6. 1/2 mile turn RIGHT into site

lane.



7. 100 yards, turn RIGHT.
