Caravan Park Details

Rural undulating park adjacent to the River Eden. Pitches are well sheltered by trees and hedges. Clayton offers Season Touring pitches. Caravans for Hire and Static Caravan for sale new and previously owned.



This delightful Caravan Park sits on the gentle slopes of the River Eden, which offers excellent trout fishing. The Kennedy family have put a great deal of effort into developing and maintaining the park since it was established in 1966. Our new extension for static caravans opened in September 2004. Pitches Available . With continual improvements, the Park offers some of the finest facilities to be found on a caravan park anywhere in Scotland.



In our main building you will find our reception, restaurant, shop, licensed bar and games room. Within the park we also have modern toilets, showers and a laundry room with drying and ironing facilities. All of these facilities are designed for wheelchair use including a disabled shower in the toilet block.

Down at our own stretch of river we have a dog walking area and a football pitch for our future football stars. For the wee ones there are 2 play parks to keep them amused.



We are well serviced by bus, rail, road and air. The main line railway station at Leuchars is 3 miles away and Scotair flights operate from Dundee Airport daily (10 miles from Clayton). There is a bus stop at the Caravan Park and a frequent service to and from all the major towns - if you want to visit St Andrews, Cupar or Dundee and not have the problem of parking the car, leave it at Clayton and hop on the bus.

Clayton Caravan Park supplies gas and has its own qualified maintenance staff. Our Corgi registered plumber can carry out the necessary Gas Certification and can drain down your caravans in preparation for our frosty winters.
