Caravan Park Details

Situated in the idyllic surroundings of the Howardian Hills, and next to the Great Lake at Castle Howard, the Lakeside Holiday Park offers an unrivalled opportunity to stay in one of the most sublime locations in North Yorkshire.



The park provides pitches for up to 20 touring caravans as well as comfortable locations for tents.



Pitches for permanent holiday homes are available, each fully serviced. We can also help you to choose the perfect holiday home with our large choice available at competitive prices.



Park facilities include late arrival service, hot and cold showers, WC, coin-operated washing machines and dryers, plus electric hook-up. There is also a farm shop and cafe in the Stable Courtyard at Castle Howard (free admission).



Booking is advisable.

York attractions and directions

The Lakeside Holiday Park is the perfect base for exploring the city of York, North York Moors, Yorkshire Wolds and the East Coast. Castle Howard is open daily for visitors between March and October, with shops, cafes and gardens open all year from 10.00am.
