Caravan Park Details

A peaceful, rural park with exceptional views of Dorset Downs and Blackmore Vale. We are situated near the ancient village of Cerne Abbas, high above the steep hillside where the 180 foot high figure of the Cerne man is carved into the hillside.



It is an ideal holiday centre for the family.



It is a well drained site of three and a half acres with a good, hard access road. There are 50 pitches for caravans or tents, with terraces.



Our facilities include

Hot water to showers, hand basins, washing-up and laundry

Shaver points and hair drier

Electric hook-up points and battery charging

Wet-weather shelter

Separate area set aside for campers with dogs

Reduced rates for rallies, youth clubs, scouts, Duke of Endinburgh Award, service training and lightweight campers.

Dorchester attractions and directions

We are situated On the Old Sherborne Road



From Dorchester: Into the town avoiding the by-pass, at the Top OTown roundabout take the Sherborne road. After 500 yards take the right fork at the BP (Loders Garage). Site is signposted from there.



From Sherborne: Take the left hand fork at Middlemarsh off the A352. The road is signposted "Dorchester - alternative route" The park is signposted from there.



From Cerne Abbas Village: Take the road into Buckland Newton.
