Caravan Park Details

Situated on the edge of The Norfolk Broads, Breydon Water Holiday Park is just a short drive from the beach and the bright lights of Great Yarmouth. From here you can enjoy family fun days out, take scenic trips exploring the local area or stay and enjoy the many Park facilities. The choice is yours.



The Park consists of 2 Village areas just a short walk apart along a country lane. Choose Yare Village for family fun and entertainment. Bure Village provides a quieter base from which to explore the local Broadland area, with family entertainment and Sparky???s Krew Club at Bank Holidays and peak weeks. A more relaxing programme is available at other times.



Each Park has its own range of facilities. Guests however, are welcome to use the facilities of each village.

Great Yarmouth attractions and directions

Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach. Thrills and fun on over 70 rides at this seafront amusement park.



Louis Tussauds House of Wax. The Hall of Funny Mirrors, the chilling Murderer???s Gallery and the grim Torture Cellars, plus over 150 lifelike models of the Famous.



Boat trips on the Broads. Start from many locations including Wroxham and Potter Heigham and just a short walk from the Park, Breydon Water Marina.



The Bure Valley Railway. Runs from Wroxham to Aylsham through 9 miles of unspoilt Norfolk countryside.



Berney Arms. RSPB reserve where the rivers Waveney and Yare meet. These acres of flooding marsh are only accessible by train from Great Yarmouth or by boat. The windmill is late 19th century and was used as a pumpmill until 1951.



Somerleyton Hall. An early Victorian mansion in the Anglo Italian style in 12 acres of beautiful gardens including the famous yew hedge maze.



Burgh Castle. A Roman ???Saxon Shore??? Fort built in the third century just hundreds of metres from the Park.



Merrivale Model Village. Set in attractive landscaped gardens, this comprehensive miniature village is built to 1:12 scale. The gardens are illuminated after dusk June-Oct.



Sea Fishing from Great Yarmouth and freshwater angling in nearby lakes.



Explore nearby market towns of Beccles and Bungay in the Waveney Valley.


From Gt. Yarmouth on A12 towards Lowestoft. Turn right at first roundabout then go straight over two roundabouts. Take the next exit and turn left at the bottom of the slip road, sign-posted Burgh Castle. At roundabout take 1st exit and straight over the next. After 1 1/2 miles turn left at T-junction and right at the next. After 1/2 miles, Bure Village is on the right. Continue along this road, Yare Village is on the left.
