Caravan Storage Details

Brookside Storage is the newest CaSSOA Approved storage site in Chesterfield, opening in 2002. Initially the site was merely a grassy field several feet lower than now, much expense and time has gone towards what you can see today.

Security is the main concern and the site attained the CaSSOA Gold Award for the comprehensive security features installed, also for this reason we do not offer 24 hour access as instructed by the Police Crime Prevention Department. A log is kept of visitors to the site and therefore prior notification is required. We will look after your caravan for you!! In fact not just caravans, the pitches are occupied by motorhomes and boats too.

The site is on the north side of Chesterfield approximately 10 minutes from the town centre and is ideally situated for all the surrounding villages. All pitches are marked out and there is easy access daily throughout the year. The interest in storage away from the home has become much more popular with the ever increasing problems of theft, it offers a much safer option for both the security of your caravan etc and your home. Please feel free to look through the gates of the site at any time.

Directions to Brookside Storage.

Directions Approaching from M1:- Junc 30 - follow signs to and through Staveley, pass Morrisons, go down Troughbrook Hill, turn right in dip at crossroads onto Troughbrook Road, continue for approx ¾ mile under bridge NB 10’3" HEIGHT RESTRICTION, Brookside storage is on the left hand side, before the railway bridge.

Junc 29 - follow A617 to Chesterfield, at roundabout follow sign A61 Sheffield, at second roundabout take 4th exit to Whittington, continue up hill, pass park on right, take 2nd right (fork) to Barrowhill, continue approx 1 mile, under bridge 13’, Brookside Storage immediately on right.
