Quite hard as we are located where nobody knows where we are.
We are Directly of the A62 (oldham-huddersfield) off Mumps Bridge Roundabout, This is a big roundabout with 2 railway bridges across it, off this roundabout is Bell St, RIGHT at the side of the railway wall (many people miss it and go under the bridge instead of turning right at it. Once on Bell st we are 3rd right, 1st street is about 20' long, The next is more the pallet Yard service road, and the next is Willow St that you are going down. Then turning Right in about 60 yards onto Britannia St Where we are near the bottom.
